Ingredients:
- Spanish Omelette with onion:
Ingredients: Pasteurised free range eggs (EGG) (43%), potato (41%), sunflower oil, onion (3%), extra virgin olive oil (3%), bovine gelatin and salt.
- Spanish Omelette without onion:
Ingredients: Pasteurised free range eggs (EGG) (47%), potato (40%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil (3%), bovine gelatin and salt.
- Spanish Omelette with truffle:
Ingredients: Pasteurised free range eggs (EGG) (44%), potato (43%), sunflower oil, mushrooms and truffle sauce (2%) [mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, summer truffle 7% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), black olives, salt and flavouring],bovine gelatine, extra virgin olive oil (1%) and salt.

STORAGE:
ULTRA-FROZEN PRODUCT. Store at <-18 ºC. Defrost in a refrigerator between 0 - 4 ºC. Do not refreeze. Once defrosted, cook before 5 days. Once cooked, consume immediately.
Shelf life:
2 years from the date of manufacture when frozen.
How to use:
Defrost the omelette in the fridge. Put the frying pan onto a medium-high setting for a few minutes. Once hot, add a few drops of oil.
Take the omelette out of its wrapping and put it into the pan. Cook for 2:30 to 3:00 minutes (depending on the brand of your plate or hob). We would advise you to use a timer.
Turn the omelette over with a lid or plate sprinkled with oil and cook for a further 2:30-3:00 minutes.
Put the omelette onto a plate. Leave to stand for a few minutes. It's now ready to eat.
And how do I cook from frozen? Turn the omelette over twice, 2:30-3:00 minutes on each side, with the frying pan covered.
